3. If you want to apply for a loan by using a hand-written application rather than applying on-line, you have two options, which are downloadable applications available in PDF format:

	Option #1:	Land/Home Financial Pre-Application Questionnaire This is a simple one-page questionnaire that is easy to complete.
	Option #2:	1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application This is the standard four-page residential loan application. We recommend that you complete this application ONLY if you are familiar and comfortable with the format.

The PDF application is perfect for those with limited computer access, or feel more comfortable filling out an application off-line. It offers greater flexibility to you, our valued customer.
